We also do business as Ivy Supply Company a construction material supply company that specializes in building interior system components, insulation, doors, frames, hardware and other construction materials for existing building renovations and new building construction.

We employ experienced and highly capable Union Rebar Ironworkers who are members of the International Association of Bridge, Structural, Ornamental and Reinforcing Iron Workers (IABSORIW).

Business Certifications

Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) Program

The State of Ohio’s Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) program establishes a 15 percent set-aside procurement goal for state agencies, boards and commissions in awarding contracts to certified MBE businesses. The MBE program is designed to assist minority businesses in obtaining state government contracts for goods and services. 

Encouraging Diversity, Growth and Equity (EDGE) Program

The State of Ohio’s Encouraging Diversity, Growth and Equity (EDGE) program establishes an annual goal for state agencies, boards and commissions, as well as guidelines for state universities in awarding contracts to certified EDGE businesses. The EDGE program is designed to assist socially and economically disadvantaged businesses in obtaining state government contracts in the following areas: construction, architecture and engineering; professional services; goods and services; and information technology services.

City of Toledo MBE

In order to be considered for MBE-WBE status with the City of Toledo, a business must be at least 51% owned and controlled, and day-to-day operations managed by a U.S. citizen(s) and a member(s) of one or more of the following minority groups: Latino, Hispanic, Black, Asian, Pacific Islander, American Indian, or Alaska Native.

ODOT Ohio Unified Certification Program

The Ohio Unified Certification Program is a  "one-stop shopping" for firms that are Disadvantaged Business Enterprise and Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprise certification. The program's DBE and ACDBE certifications will be honored by all USDOT recipients and subrecipients (i.e., ODOT, transit systems, airports) in Ohio.

MDOT Michigan Unified Certification Program

The MUCP is responsible for Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and Airport Concessionaire Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) certification in the state of Michigan. Comprised of 33 USDOT-funded agencies with DBE/ACDBE programs. As a DBE certified firm we are eligible to work on any federally funded airport, highway or transit contract as a DBE/ACDBE.
